HOW QUICKLY TO PREPARE CUTLETS FROM THE BEEF OR MUTTON LIVER

Liver of 0.5kg, 2 eggs, 2 onions, 200g oil (fat), salt and pepper to taste

The liver is washed out well. Liver and onions are passed through a meat grinder, are mixed with raw egg, are salted and peppered to taste. Cutlets are moulded in the thickness about 1cm. It is possible to coat with breadcrumb or to fall in flour. Cutlets are fried in a frying pan with oil or fat of 3-5 minutes
