HOW TO CLEAR THE BOILER OF THE HUMIDIFYING CONDITIONER OF THE SCUM

Boilers (water-heaters), radiators, heat supply systems are cleaned from a scum by a chemical way. The following chemical solution is used for this purpose:

 

·           Hydrochloric acid:                           5-6 %

·           Urotropin (solid alcohol) С6Н12N4          0.6

·           SAS (superficial -

           active substance) ОP-7                  0.2

·           Water                         other part (~0.1)

 

The solution heats up to 60^оС. A boiler with a scum during 20-30 mines rinses with this solution. Thus the 5мм scum is easily cleared. After that it is necessary to rinse well with water.
