How to make home made cheese?

        1 liter of milk, 1 kg of cottage cheese (curd), 3 eggs, 1 spoon salt, 200 g of butter, 1 teaspoon cooking soda. 
         Milk, bring to a boil, lower the curd in it and again boil for 3-4 minutes. Separate the resulting mass and serum. Beat up eggs with salt, softened butter mixed with soda. Defended cottage cheese mixed with eggs and mince in grinder 2 times. Mix with butter, the pan from the weight put on fire for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Put in the oiled form, and hold in the refrigerator.
