How to prepare a salad "in-Neapolitans"?

               200 grams wildfowl (can be chicken or duck), 2 pickled cucumbers, 1 small beet, celery, a glass of chopped carrots, a glass of chopped potatoes, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. 
          Cut the fowl into small cubes. Also go with cucumbers and beets with celery. Add finely chopped carrots and cubes of potatoes, which must be cooked before it. Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste, stir and place in salad bowl.
