Take sheet of necessary size of hardened paper (or textolite) in the thickness of 1-2mm.. Clean one side with fine emery paper. Degrease with spirit or acetone. In the sizes of the sheet cut out a copper foil in the thickness no more than 0.1mm. Clean and degrease one side of the foil. The cleaned surfaces of hardened paper and the foil grease with a thin layer of foil adhesive. Allow to them to dry up about 10 minutes. Grease hardened paper with thicker layer of glue. Put the foil to it. Impose from both sides metal sheets and clamp all it in a vice. Leave in such condition within an hour at room temperature. Then within three hours hold at temperature 120°C (for example, in a gas cooker oven).
