For preparation sawdust concrete at first it is to mix well sawdust, sand and cement. Then to add limy milk and repeatedly is to mix.
1) Structure sawdust concrete with the raised thermo isolation (for 1м3 concrete):
- 60kg cement,
- 18kg slaked lime,
- 350kg sand
- 230kg sawdust
2) Structure sawdust concrete with the raised durability (for 1м3 concrete):
- 135kg cement,
- 135kg slaked lime,
- 600kg sand
- 200kg sawdust

Sawdust concrete hardens slowly. Reaches the necessary durability after 80 days. During this time it is necessary to humidify, not to give to dry up and protect from a rain.
From sawdust concrete it is possible to make the blocks similar slag stone as well.
