1kg of beef leg, 200grams of meat, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 garlic head, 1 bunch of parsley or dill, laurel leaf, 10-15 peas of black pepper, salt - to taste.

Single the beef leg, scrape, rinse several times. Chop the leg; put in to 2 liters of cold water. There also put the whole peeled vegetables, meat, and cook on low heat for 4 hours. Remove the formed foam. After four hours of boiling put not milled black pepper, a bunch of greens, laurel leaf, salt - to taste. When cooked, take the leg of the broth. Tendon separate from the bones and mince with boiled meat and a few slices of fresh garlic. Put all this in a deep dish or baking cups. Design with slices of carrots and sliced boiled eggs. Pour the broth on top and refrigerate.

            When serving, cut into square pieces and garnish with greens
