HOW TO COOK "KADI YAHNASI" (COLD SNACK FROM PUMPKIN)

            1kg pumpkin, 80g butter, 100g sour cream, a pinch of salt.

Clean the any sort of ripe pumpkin from peel and seeds. Rinse in a cold water. Cut into large cubes (5x5x5 cm). Salt it. Boil for 40 minutes in steam. Remove to a plate, oil with butter (or ghee).

Cool, pour the cream and serve up for dinner or for breakfast.
