3/4 liter of qatiq (kefir),
Dilute qatiq in cooled boiled water. Put to this liquid radishes and cucumbers, shredded strips or cut as cubes. Put the chopped greens, salt and add red (or black) pepper. Refrigerate or add pieces of food ice. Chalop is prepared in the spring and hot summer days.
Chalop is served up to excite the appetite.
