How to prepare stuffed quail?

Quail carcass clean of feathers and viscera, carcass wash. Cleaned carcass put in salt and peppered aqueous solution for one hour. Prepare minced fat mutton. Minced meat mix with chopped onion, zira (cumin), raw egg, cilantro and pepper. Remove the quail from the aqueous solution and stuff the mixture. The dish prepare in steam cooker within 35 - 40 min.
Serve on a platter for two of quail with a salad of tomatoes.
Ingredients (for 5 servings): 10 quail, 500 g mutton, 3-4 onions, 1 raw egg, a bunch of cilantro (coriander), a pinch of cumin, salt and pepper to taste.
