Heat the salad oil. Fry a little onion in it, cool to room temperature. Clear radishes, chopper into fine strips, rinse in warm water or put into cold water for 0.5 hours to remove the characteristic odor and bitter taste. Then put in a colander to drain to the water. Cooked meat is cut into strips, connect with radishes. Add salt and pepper. Add some roasted onions and mix everything well.
At serving the salad put in salad bowl. Sauce the salad with sour cream or mayonnaise. Put the chopped greens and garnish with slices or sliced boiled eggs. Serve as a cold appetizer.
