What is useful at a cholecystitis?

1. Eat gradually, but 4-5 times are frequent pass, at a time. At the big intervals between meals bile will stand in a bubble that creates conditions for formation of stones and cholangitis development.
2. Eat culinary processed food - stewed, baked, boiled and prepared on steam.
3. Especially useful dairy products kefir, cottage cheese are rich with calcium and full-value protein; vegetables and fruit - sea-buckthorn berries, a black currant, sweet pepper, carrots, a pumpkin - they well operate on mucous walls of a bilious bubble, remove an inflammation. In the pleasure eat egg white, prepare albuminous omelettes, and crumble it in salad. Use only vegetable oil - refined cotton, sunflower, corn, soya or olive, adding it in already ready dishes, no more than one tbsp in a day.
4. From drinks prefer green tea, dog rose broth, fresh homemade and purchased juice, but without preservatives, mineral water with the low maintenance of salts  (for example - Borjomy, Narzan) but do not forget to uncork in advance a bottle - water should be a room of temperature and without gases. She is better for drinking in 30-40 minutes after meal.
5. Infusion and broths from herbs is recommended to take on 1/2 cups 2 times a day 30 minutes prior to meal with courses for 1.5-2 months. Herbs can be taken as in the form of gathering, mixing them in equal quantity, and separately. It can be maize stigma, a pol-pola, flowers of an immortelle, a tansy, dandelion roots, valerian, leaves of a birch, mint peppery, yarrow ordinary, and zizifora.

That is harmful

1. Eat red meat less, and sausage products refuse absolutely. Replace them with low-fat fish, a bird, and cheese - daily eat not less than 200-250g of these products.
2. Avoid eating a chicken yolk - in it a lot of cholesterol which promotes formation of stones.
3. Limit to a minimum salt, confectionery and flour products, sweets, ice-cream. Exclude from the diet sharp snacks, sharp sauces, sharp seasonings, a pickles, marinades, fresh garlic, onions, a garden radish, fried, smoked products, canned food, mushrooms, alcohol. Alcohol in all kinds breaks work of a liver and aggravates inflammations of a bilious bubble.
Follow this diet, and the cholecystitis will not remind of itself!
